Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your scrubs! If for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will send you a return label to ship items back to us, and $8 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you believe your item may be defective, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue for you.

Please note that the following items are nonreturnable:
